Yes, they sent me the newest model available. No, the picture shown isn't the newest model. If you ship an all black uni, the picture should be all black. Just sayin. Otherwise, this is my first Muni, so I don't have anything to compare it to. I like it. The seat gets uncomfortable after about 1/2 hour, so I only use it for short jaunts.
