Really working well for our Techs.I purchased this case to replace a worn out tool bag. This case has all the room I needed for the average set of tools for light maintenance and trouble shooting of elevators. I feel confident recommending this case to similar trades and or fields. I have only had the case for 2 weeks now but really like the case over the bag, due to its quick and easy access to everything.I'm an independent contractor providing support on computer, printer and other related equipment at the customer location. Although I haven't tested it yet with an airline baggage handler it seems to be rugged enough to withstand some pretty rough handling. The inside is well designed with plenty of pockets for all of my small tools and the partitionable storage space in the bottom is a major plus.I bought this for home use, but can easily take it with me on RV trips.
