This is a very well made case. Be advised, this case does not come with pallats.I read the reviews on this bag before I bought it and they said it was sturdy. I have to see this, as this bag don't look like it will last to long and for the price it would be a dissappointment. I'd been using it for almost two weeks now and already the handle jams up when I want to bring it down. From the first day the handle ddin't seem sturdy. The wheels are beginning to make a noise like a bell. I really hope that I'm wrong and that this bag will last a long time. I'm out on the field and commute through public transportation in NYC. Aside from that walking and pulling the bag is a big relief. With the pallets that I bought it lets me stay organized. A plus is that they have the parts to replace the wheels and handle that is if thefabricdoesn't tear first.Overall a nice bag however, there is no padding in the bottom of the Laptop compatment. I had to add a stip of closed cell foam. The storage could be a little better configured but very well put together. It suits my needs for field response and is much better than all of the bags I've actually seenI carry my copy machine repair tool and laptop in it. All though the CH Ellis W600 is better bult than the CH Ellis W550 I was a little disappointed in the wheels. They seem sluggish. A little WD40 seemed to help loosen them up. Another flaw was the plastic near the handle seemed to be warped and the zipper did not line up which made it a little hard to close; I'm not sure if the defect is the norm or an isolated case. Over all this is the only tool case that meets the standard I need to carry my work tools.I had the W 500 for 4 years and used it everyday for work..it lasted 4 years before the main zipper ripped. That was understandable being the way I use it/ So I bought the newest, heavy duty model. I immediately noticed it was much sturdier. Then 1 of the wheels started making noises and became ""unround"". I called CH Ellis only to find out THEY HAVE NO REPLACMENT PARTS (yet?) Apparantly they do not produce parts until they see what is going to break?? Not a smart policy. My options were to send the bag back and let them look at it and decide what to do. Now that would be fine if I could carry about 150 tools in my pockets while they analyze the wheel.I would have payed for a wheel kit BUT there aren't any. No handle kits either. SO if I had this to do over again I would not buy this product. NOT because I do not like the product but because there is no practical and reasonable support for it. Shame on you CH Ellis!! Get with the program!! Eveything breaks sooner or later, why be so cheap? GET REPLACEMENT PARTS NOW PLEASE!!!CH Ellis-83-8042"
