It's soft on the feet but very durable. Its holding up to foot traffic, food, and cats. I love the pattern and wish I had more places for other rugsI put this rug in my hallway as a runner. It came fairly quickly and I am enjoying it.This rug is in a sun room that gets constant kid-traffic in and out of the pool & beach area. It has held up very well through the summer. I haven't tried to wash yet, but haven't had the need either. Everything sweeps off easily. Soft underfoot. Love it!This is a fantastic rug that I expect will hold up well with my active Labrador retriever. Quality is very nice and the indigo blue/white is perfect for my beach cottage. I'm going to order another in the runner size. Beautiful for an indoor/outdoor rug.Not very durable. Does not clean well. Too thin. Poor construction-picks very easily. Not worth spending that amount of money!"
