I'll be back for more!It is hard to find a 12 foot rug runner for the kitchen. This product is colorful and well made. I have had to spot clean it regularly as it is in a heavy traffic area (mostly food spills). So far so good with the spot cleaning using oxi clean carpet cleaner. I do plan to wash it off outside (due to its size) with a good hosing. I do not use a pad as it lies flat on the hardwood. I don't have an issue with slipping probably because it is 2.5' x 12' (?)"
