The grey is more of a sage. I ended up using it in an area it was not originally intended for, because I was too lazy to return it.Very, very happy with this rug. Not only was the price awesome, but it is a great mix of neutral colors. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the colors were a bit different than pictured. The pattern is golden-tan and the background is a medium gray and I thought it would be a bit lighter. Still, it is a nice tie-in for our furniture and updated the room instantly.This is a beautiful, soft rug. It is just plush enough and the color is light gray and light tan."
