It provides a wonderful background for any color. It is just the right thickness....not a high pile. Husband even liked it!I love this rug. My kitchen is a bistro theme and this rug goes so well with everything else in the kitchen.Absolutely beautiful rug, adds class to the front entrance. The only caution is the cream color is more grey than cream.Looks great in my dining room. Very distinctive and well made. The only negative would be that the photo looks like gold and its actually off white in color.got it for kitchen but changed mind and put it in bedroom. it is well made and the perfect size. i received it promptly and am totally satisfied.I love this rug! It fits perfectly, however, the lighter color of the rug was more beige than tan (it appeared darker on the website) but it ended up matching the floor tile instead of the wall color so I'm good with it.nice accent to my foyerI bought this rug for my guest bath and it works perfectly! It sits on a wood floor and does get traffic, but has stayed nice. Very please and what a great bargin!!"
