It is a bit darker than shown on computer, but looks rich. Thick and laid flat immediately. Does shed a bit.Nice area rug and goes well with our furniture. If you like dark, rich tones of color, it's a great choice.The 96 x 136 rug I bought is those dimensions and nice and thick. The colors are true to the picture. Of course the large rug does not look as busy as the picture. For example, the red around the edge stands out in this size and you can barely see it in the picture. There is no fringe.It is under my dining room table and works well even when I extend the table to its 96 length.I was surprised at the amount of tiny loose treads that came from the rug when I vacuumed it.[...] I love this rug. It looks great under my dining table. Seems to be well made at a great price!!The quality was great but in the photo there seemed to be yellows which in fact were brown![...] I decided to keep it but have not taken it back out of the wrapper again. Be careful in choosing some thing for color. When it comes to photos, they are not even close. I think I got the wrong rug. The pattern was correct but the colors were not what the photo depicted. I was hoping to find this experience more delightful and was looking forward to purchasing more carpets, but I will stick to seeing, for myself the colors first, in person, before any more are to be purchased. This a product you should intend to build your room or area around. Don,t expect to introduce it to existing decor with out some tweeking to the rest of the room. .Replaced entry rug with this one. Good heavy weight. Very happy with this product."
