They kept telling me it was on backorder and then they told me it actually wasn't on backorder it was just taking a long time to ship from the manufacturer. I was told it was shipping directly from the manufacturer warehouse in California, which meant since I'm in California it should have been here rather quickly. Well, it actually shipped from somewhere back in Georgia. The run around I was getting and the lengthy shipping time was almost not worth it. I've had this same problem on a couple other purchases as well.It is lighter than what we had expected from the picture gave off to be. Had we seen it in person we might've decided differently, but I am happy with it overall.I love this rug,I put this rug in my hallway and color is match with walls...I am happy this rug looks like the photoPros: good soft pastel colors thick and sturdyCons: obviously not an expensive rug, but very good for its price tends to curl at edgesoverall very nice rug for price.
