Mr. GAN CHAI TECK
is the key person behind CitiDEC with more than 20 years of solid
experience in the construction industry. Armed with a Professional
Diploma in Building Technology from Kolej Tunku Abdul Rahman,
he has shared his experience with numerous established construction
companies such as Jasatera (M) Bhd, Birex (M) Sdn Bhd, Jinta
Construction Sdn Bhd, LandPac Holdings Sdn Bhd.
During his professional placements,
he has held various roles such as Senior Quantity Surveyor and
Project Manager for numerous prestigious landmarks and construction
